Auxiliary meeting bookings
Do you plan to host a meeting during INHSU 2024? We have meeting rooms, AV, and catering available to book within the main conference venue, making holding a meeting at INHSU easier than ever. There are different protocols for commercial and non-commercial events, which you can discover below.
Non-commercial companies and events
If you wish to book a meeting room for a non-commercial event or gathering, we have rooms of various sizes available from one hour to a full day. We also have catering and AV available. All bookings are to be made via the conference secretariat.
Commercial companies and events
Commercial company events aimed at INHSU conference attendees may not be held during the following restricted times:
- Tuesday, 8 October 8:00 – 20:00
- Wednesday, 9 October 7:00 – 19:00
- Thursday, 10 October 7:00 – 18:00
- Friday 11 October 8:00 – 17:00
All restricted times are reserved for INHSU programs, meetings, and functions. Commercial companies have the right to hold company staff meetings, symposium slide previews involving invited speakers, and clinical trial investigator meetings, if attendance is restricted to a limited number of investigators (less than 20) within the daily INHSU conference schedule. INHSU requests that the conference secretariat is informed of any such meetings in advance.
